How Do I Schedule A Walk?

Booking Process

We like to have a meet and greet session prior to committing to any booking. We want to make sure your dog is comfortable with us. We understand it's a big deal trusting another human with your fur baby. After this session we can then look to book your slot(s).

Do I need to give you anything before my dogs walk?

Trained Professionals for Peace of Mind

Yes, obviously we will have discussed key/access requirements prior to the booking, but your dog also must have a collar and an ID tag!

At Tails On The Trails, we don't want dogs in vechicles any longer than absolutely necessary, so for this reason we only cover Banbury.

Cancellation Policy

At our dog walking service, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our clients' needs. If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the service booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a reliable service for all our furry friends and their owners.
